Downtown San Diego’s Core neighborhood (or the Core) includes Downtown San Diego real estate ranging from A Street to Broadway and Union and 12th Avenue. The Core is a perfect area for professionals as this area includes the Civic Center, City Hall, the World Trade Center and many other high rise office buildings.
Cortez Hill Real Estate
Named for the prominent historic El Cortez hotel, Cortez Hill is one of San Diego’s oldest neighborhoods. This hilly area of downtown San Diego real estate offers gorgeous views of Balboa Park, the harbor, and the bay.
